I received my real estate license in Indiana in 1977. I was teaching and coaching at a small Catholic High School. I did this to help me find and purchase income properties (duplexes, 3-4 units). In a short time I owned and managed 120 units. I quit teaching but continued to coach a number of sports; football for a total of 18 years in both high school and college.
